Board of Directors

Youth Science Canada is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for setting the organization’s strategic direction, monitoring performance, and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources on behalf of all Canadians with an interest in engaging youth in STEM.

The Board operates under a Policy Governance model and is accountable to the membership of the Corporation, which comprises individual members and affiliated regional STEM fair organizations from across Canada.

Directors are elected by the membership for three-year terms and may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. The Board meets monthly by video conference and maintains Finance, Governance, and Nominating committees.
