The International Swiss Talent Forum (ISTF) is a prestigious event that gathers bright, young minds from around the world to collaborate on innovative solutions to global challenges. Held annually in Switzerland, the ISTF offers a unique opportunity for high-achieving students to engage in interdisciplinary workshops, network with international peers, and gain insights from renowned experts in various fields.

The topic of ISTF25 is “The Future of Work.” Future research presents a diversified picture of the Future of Work: human skills remain in demand, but long-term jobs become scarcer. Flexibility and lifelong learning become essential. Employers must address fears, while employees must take on more responsibility.

For one alum, they’ll have the chance to explore this highly challenging and exciting topic.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Age 18-23 during the event dates (February 18-22, 2025)
  • CWSF or Team Canada alum
  • A strong interest in the theme of the 2025 Forum, “The Future of Work”
