An alumnus of CWSF, Leo Fung is an operational analyst at a multinational integrated oil and gas company, driving better business decisions through data science and strong operational acumen. With a background in finance, Leo started his professional life in corporate planning before gravitating towards the tactical side of operations, with exposure to the entire value chain. Leo has also volunteered with the Calgary Youth Science Fair Society since 2006, serving in a variety of roles including event management, executive and secretarial duties, and writing fundraising applications; notably he assisted with successfully transitioning the judging of the Calgary fair to a digital platform. In his spare time, Leo enjoys trail running, ultramarathon racing/race volunteering, gravel biking, and playing his piano and violin.
