Before Spring Break

Schools are responsible for field trip permission forms and transportation to and from TRU
Lunch and snacks will be provided to students only; please ensure they bring a backpack and their own water bottle (drinks will not be provided)
Please bring a school Chromebook / laptop as needed – Wi-Fi will be provided, your devices will be secure

 

Tuesday April 2 

after 3:00 pm project set up at assigned station

Scheduled judging appointment TBD

There will be advanced judging in scheduled 30-minute time slots on the evening of April 2 at the TRU Gym- students will be notified when their time slot is by the email they provided upon Registration as soon as possible Students must bring all components of their project for judging (3-fold board if they have it, computer for ProjectBoard if digital and / or any demonstrations / models) 

 

Wednesday April 3 

8:00 – 9:00 AM student viewing, students’ choice award

9:00 AM Welcome
10:00 – 1:00 AM Science of the City stations in smaller groups including a lunch station
1:15 – 1:45 PM Public Viewing

1:45 – 2:30 Awards Ceremony
