Dates of Fair: Saturday, April 6, 2024
Registration opens: February 1, 2024
Registration closes: March 29, 2024 (to register, upload ALL required files, and complete Online Project Report and LogBook) – you still have time to work on your in-person display project!)

Project Finalization Deadline:
For Online Project Report and LogBook: March 29, 2024
For Project Display Board: April 5, 2024 (note: for Safety Check!)

Judging: Saturday, April 6, 2024 (8:00am-12:30pm)

Registration Fees due (if applicable): Upon billing by York University ($100.00 + HST/project)

York University YRSTF Community Kickoff Event: April 5, 2024 @ 6:30 @ York University

Science Fair Celebration Day by York University: Saturday, April 6, 2024

Public Viewing: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Awards Ceremony: 5:00pm
