As well as your display, report and binder you need to ensure you have some other paperwork in some cases:

• • Ethics application and approval forms – If you had an ethics application and approval it is VERY important to have these with you.
  • Letter of Information and the Informed Consent Permission Form – copies of the letter and informed consent form you use must be available with your display if any humans were involved in your research – this includes using humans to complete surveys, or do minor tests, etc.
