Team Canada-ISEF represents the country at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF). Regeneron ISEF 2024 will be hosted in Los Angeles, California from May 11-17, 2024.
The Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) is the world’s largest pre-college celebration of science that brings together over 1,800 students from more than 80 nations to compete for over $4 million in awards, scholarships, tuition grants, internships, and scientific field trips. The seven top awards include a $75,000 prize, three $50,000 prizes and three $10,000 prizes.
The application process for Team Canada-ISEF is different to a regional fair or the CWSF because it has several stages and ISEF has stricter rules. Your Team Canada-ISEF project, which may be a continuation of your CWSF project, must be approved BEFORE you begin work on it. (You may submit your CWSF 2023 project only if you began work on it AFTER January 1, 2023, and will complete all work on it within a year of the start date.)
It is important to apply for Team Canada-ISEF as soon as possible so your project proposal can be reviewed and approved by the Youth Science Canada Scientific Review Committee (SRC).
