In 2010, I discovered the Canada-Wide Science Fair, and it changed my life. Evolving from a shy, unmotivated student to a passionate and driven young scientist, CWSF lit a fire so strong, that it is still burning today. After my journey as a finalist ended in 2015, I served as an ambassador in 2016 and 2018, then went on to co-lead the program from 2019 until 2021. I studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Victoria, during which I led/founded a multitude of initiatives to help mentor STEM students. In the professional world, I now serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Tidal Medical, a digital health tech start-up company in Toronto.
